Close to the train station, the host answered quickly and the price was unbeatable, but the neighbourhood was very noisy. The room lacked enough storage, and the bathroom’s poor ventilation left the room damp and smelling bad.

The location was nice, a short stroll from the train station, and the place was spotless. The staff were friendly, pleasant, always reachable and quick to reply. The courtyard was charming, there was a sweet cat, and the concierge was lovely. The room was tiny, especially the bathroom, leaving almost no space to move or hang things. The shower door didn’t seal properly and water leaked into the bathroom, even under the bidet tap. The city tax could only be paid in cash.

The location was perfect, central and near the train station, and the room was well sound‑proofed for the busy street outside. However, there were a few missing shelves or places to put things, and the shower (a bidet substitute) didn’t work.

The place was great, just 2‑3 minutes from Piazza Garibaldi (Stazione Centrale). Even though we never met the staff, they were always helpful and accommodating. The palazzo was in good shape and the room was very clean, definitely good value. The shower doors leaked even when fully closed, and the top bunk bed had a wooden plank that needs replacing.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The neighbourhood was ugly, noisy, and littered with trash, and there was no toilet paper holder.
