“To many issues both times probably won’t stay again”
Clean nice the breakfast is always good. Last time we waited 2 1/2 hours before we could get in. This time I booked online with bookings and pictures shows the house so when got there I told them that is where we were staying they said ok bookings maybe messed up but I’ll give you the houses and charge you for one whatever the difference is but ended up being charged 3 times I did get 1 back but was charged $208 dollars more then planned and I would have taken my original rooms had I known they were going to charge the $104 twice and not once like they said
“Great 1 night stay!”
The property was neat and clean. I had no complaints.
The staff were good, but the price was very high and a $250 hold was added, which was more than the cost of the room.
“On the pricey side”
The room was adequate.
“An unacceptable and exhausting stay after the hotel failed to provide the crib we confirmed twice, leaving our 1.5-year-”
I was utterly let down by this stay, which ruined what should have been the beginning of a special family trip. We had asked for a crib for our 1.5‑year‑old before booking and even called on the morning of arrival to double‑check. At check‑in I asked again and the front desk promised a crib would be brought straight away. An hour went by with nothing, and when I called back they said they were still searching. Only after 9:00 p.m. did someone knock on our door to say that all cribs and roll‑away beds had already been distributed. They offered extra pillows and blankets instead, which is not a safe or suitable replacement for a toddler’s crib. Because of this, our daughter stayed up all night, and I was too worried about her safety to sleep or even move. My husband and I got essentially zero rest before a nine‑hour drive the next day, and it was also my husband’s birthday, so the start of the trip was exhausting. The young woman at the front desk was kind, apologetic, and genuinely upset, but the situation itself was unacceptable.
