The location was great and we could even book a river trip straight from the owners, plus we liked the courtyard parking and the restaurant discount. Unfortunately the Wi‑Fi was weak, so the TV kept cutting out, and there was no wardrobe in the room. It felt more like a one‑night stop‑over. When we arrived nobody was around to show us where to go, and the ground‑floor room only had curtains, no blinds. Later that evening we felt uneasy as other guests walked past the windows, and breakfast was served buffet‑style with no choices.

The spot was lovely, surrounded by beautiful scenery, right by the river and in Poland. However, when we got there no one was there to check us in; the owner only answered after the third call and seemed reluctant to meet us, so we ended up having to find a relative of his to let us in.

We liked that there were two duvets, a modern bathroom (nicely renovated), and a smart TV was a plus. We were pretty much disappointed with the accommodation right as we arrived: no soap or shower gel in the bathroom. I just can’t understand why these facilities use one‑layer toilet paper, and there was only one roll. A nice addition would have been a carpet in the bathroom, because it turned into a sea when two people showered. A major flaw was the curtains that separated us from other people – they were too short to hide anything and too thin, making it really uncomfortable. The last drop was the light right near the bed that wasn’t working.

The location was good, close to a nice bike trail. The apartment had very low temperatures – I returned from the stay sick. During the stay we contacted the owner via WhatsApp but received no response. Lack of heating (radiator) or air conditioning is a big minus. Additionally, the apartment lacked basic equipment such as cutlery, plates, or a kettle, which is standard in such places. I also don’t understand the shower without a cabin – water splashed all over the bathroom. The small sink was very impractical and not suited for comfortable use. The TV was placed sideways relative to the bed, practically preventing comfortable viewing.
