The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was filthy—no housekeeping came at all, mold filled the air, there was no comforter on the bed, and we never got hot water.

The location was close to my event, but the room’s cleanliness was poor, the smell was bad, and the tub was unacceptable.

It was close to my daughter’s house, the pool and hot tub were okay, but the hallway by the pool smelled like mildew, we had trouble getting into our room because the battery in the door went dead, breakfast was cold and there was no coffee unless we asked for more, and the housekeeper should have cleaned the trash under the bed better.
