“Für den Preis ok :)”

I found Luigi very friendly. He sent us photos beforehand showing how to reach the accommodation, which was very helpful. When we arrived, he explained everything clearly, despite the language barrier. The price was also good. Because the area felt a bit uncomfortable to me, I appreciated that there were so many entrance gates, which made me feel safe. Unfortunately, I didn't like several things, though you might overlook them for the price. The bed was not comfortable at all; it was very hard and I couldn't sleep well. The bathroom also had a slight odor that bothered me while sleeping. The smell was also disturbed by cigarette and cannabis smoke often drifting into the room when we ventilated at night. The other residents in neighboring rooms were very loud, and the door didn't help. The area was also not good for me, and I didn't feel safe walking home at night. As said, for the price it's okay. For people who aren't as sensitive as me, the room would be fine. PS: The Wi‑Fi didn't work on the last day, but I was back late in the evening and it didn't bother me.

“Exceptional host and a wonderful stay in Naples”

We were treated like royalty by our host Regy, who was kind, helpful, and attentive even before we arrived, offering directions and a pick‑up from the airport. He kept going the extra mile throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed and recommending top spots to visit and eat in Naples, even taking us to the ferry for our trip to Positano—a thoughtful touch. The room was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped, and the location was spot‑on, right in the heart of the city. We felt genuinely cared for and welcomed, and would highly recommend this place. Nothing else to add; everything lived up to our expectations.

If you want to feel good and breathe real Napoli, this is the place for you. The attention to detail, good taste, and cleanliness of the accommodations will surprise you. The owner loves these places, put his heart into making them, and it shows. The view over the inner courtyard is something unique, but you can’t explain it—just see it. At night, on the balcony where you can smoke, it’s not uncommon to find someone to chat with and share our lives. A few steps away are the Corso, the metro, restaurants… Thanks for the hospitality.
