Well placed for the conference centre, clean and well maintained, but the rooms were near the lift lobby so there was a fair amount of noise from people coming and going, especially since a water fountain in the lobby drew crowds.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the location was superb and they guided us around Krakow, the room was great, and I loved the free coffee, tea and water facilities.

The place was clean, tidy, and had an on‑site bar/restaurant that was convenient. The international breakfast varied, and its location is handy for the congress centre, just 25 minutes on foot from the historic centre.
