This place is handy if you need to be close to the bus terminal; it’s not in a tourist spot so you get a real local vibe, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It gets noisy at night because of a karaoke bar close by, but it doesn’t stay loud too long.

Nothing. The staff are a joke, the location is a pass‑through hotel, no respect for VAT exemption, and they even claimed on Booking that I didn’t show up.

It isn’t the best spot in Quito, but it’s very close to Quitumbe (Bus Station South), so if you need a layover before your next destination, it’s highly recommended; the staff were friendly, breakfast was included, and the rooms were comfortable.
