Courtyard Milwaukee Airport

The location was great, close to a bar that offers shuttles to sporting events. I felt safe in the room, though I had to keep my passport with me the whole trip. There was no complimentary breakfast, and I was disappointed there wasn’t even a complimentary coffee; the in‑room coffeemaker, whatever it is, didn’t count.

“A hotel that is close to the airport while still being a nice place to rest.”

I liked how close the hotel was to the airport yet far enough that I didn't hear planes; the room was clean and roomy, and the front‑desk staff were very friendly. I didn’t use the indoor pool or gym, but they were there. The only downside was that with the breakfast‑included package it was hard to see which items were covered by the voucher and which weren’t, since breakfast comes from the small lobby restaurant.

Fast check in very friendly. We missed our breakfast our 1st day because they told us we had to pay for it, then looked up when I booked it & said free breakfast, by this time breakfast was over, but "breakfast" its self was horrible warm-up in a microwave hard unflavored, just over all "breakfast" was horrible!

“Hire professional people.”

The room was clean and matched our expectations, and it was close enough to the places we wanted to visit. The representative was unreliable, gave us no directions or instructions, just handed over the keys, and we had to pry answers out of him; his dismissive attitude made us leave a day early.

Convenient location and the bistro breakfast was great, but the pool is too small.
