“Jedes Jahr wieder mit Freude”

We keep coming back every year, which says it all. The location is surprisingly quiet yet central—just a stone’s throw from the train station and the city center. The staff are friendly and professional, the room offers a mountain view, and the beds and bathroom are clean and well‑coordinated, though not luxurious. The breakfast could use a fresh start; everything is offered but feels a bit cold, though the staff remain helpful. The soft elevator music in the background doesn’t help the impression of a breakfast in a nursing home.

The location was great and the staff terrific, but the room we stayed in for the first three nights was near the entrance and very noisy in the mornings; our last night on the second floor was much better.

The location is fantastic and the courtyard is wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Both the room and the rest of the hotel were very clean and well‑maintained. The food in the restaurant was very good. The pool area is small but still nice to use. Breakfast was good, but it wasn’t replenished as well as expected; cold items like fish and juice were not kept on refrigerated trays. The beds were the firmest for me personally, and the pillows were immediately uncomfortable.

“Séjour vraiment très agréable”

The hotel is charming and very well located. The staff are very welcoming and give excellent advice for nearby activities and hikes. The breakfast is very pleasant. The street is a bit noisy.

The location is good, but the parking is hard to find, there's no communication, and the road is too narrow to drop people off; we drove around for a while.
