The room was pretty, clean, and the air‑conditioner worked well. The bed is very comfortable. I just didn’t like the unbearable heat in the stairwell; you start sweating as soon as you open the door and walk up all the way. The street was very dirty and smelled bad, but in Palermo it’s hard to find anything that isn’t located in such spots.

We stayed at this place in Palermo and it was fantastic – the apartment was spotless, cozy, and situated perfectly for wandering around the city. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel at home all the time. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again! ❤️

The accommodation was superb in every respect: quiet, immaculate, and roomy, with hosts who were very pleasant. It sits very close to the center and major sights, though the building lacks an elevator, which is the only drawback.

Emanuela is very helpful and kind, and the value for money is great. The lack of a window in the bathroom makes the space damp and hot, and being on the third floor without an elevator makes it a bit inconvenient to reach. The location is fairly strategic but not in a nice neighborhood.

Clean, fairly close to the center, and clear check‑in instructions. A decent spot for a short city break. In the bed, slats from the frame fell out; it was possible to sleep but the comfort level was mediocre.
