“Faltaba código acceso al portal del edificio.”
I liked the location and how clean everything was, but my data got leaked to a company that tried to pull my card info outside of Booking and bill me; I dodged that trap. We also had to call the hostel’s phone number listed on Booking just to get into the portal because they didn’t email us the access code.
The shower was severely worn out.
“This is as budget as it gets. No staff”
The proximity to Plaza Mayor was good, but the entry code from the street was wrong and no one answered when I asked for help.
“Ubicación inmejorable, buena estancia”
The spot is unbeatable, just 10 meters from Plaza Mayor, and the room, though small, was enough for a couple of nights; the mattress felt great, the pillow not so much. I hit a snag getting in, but the staff solved it instantly via WhatsApp, efficiently. Sleep was fine, but if the neighboring rooms get noisy, it’s all audible—more a guest issue than the hostel’s fault.
I appreciated the location, but the single room was too cramped.
