The hotel is 300 meters from Zagreb's main bus station and near many tram lines, providing quick access to the city center within 5 minutes. A buffet breakfast is served in the lounge area with a fireplace, featuring elegant rooms with wooden furniture, parquet floors, and satellite TV.

The place is superbly situated, just a stone's throw from the Flix Bus Station, tram and bus stops, and the heart of Zagreb; the staff were lovely and the buffet‑style breakfast was excellent. Our room was fantastic and always spotless, featuring two balconies, a generous bed, and a nice bathroom, and there were convenient links to the airport bus. The only downside was that it got fairly noisy late at night and early in the morning because of the nearby tram lines and the busy main road, though that wasn't the hotel’s fault.

I was happy to find the hotel close to the bus station, but the bed left something to be desired.

The hotel is ok, the staff is nice, and the breakfasts are fine, although more vegetables would be nice. However, the smell from the pipes was killing me. If I had known they had such problems, I would not have booked this place. 1) Very disturbing bad smell from the pipes; rinsing with water doesn't help. 2) I really missed a kettle in the room
