The location was good, but the cleanliness was terrible, with ants in the bathroom and a bad bed.

The location, the value for money, and the friendliness of the staff were all spot on, and everything else was just great.

The place sits nicely in the city centre next to the Cathedral, but the cleaning—especially in the bathrooms—was lacking. Reception staff were unhelpful and disorganised. When I pointed out a burnt-out bathroom light in the morning, a young man replaced it but said he couldn't climb the stairs because that would leave the reception empty. Yet I had already mentioned the bulb when I left, and nothing was fixed all day.

The spot is well‑located and the staff are helpful, but I felt the price was high for what was offered.

The breakfast was decent, but the shower head was dripping and the grout on the tiles had mould.
