The location was perfect, the grounds cozy and atmospheric, the building clean, and the staff very friendly. The plumbing was very worn out and clearly in need of major repair, and unfortunately the excellent acoustics between rooms also made it hard to relax.

The owner was very warm and caring, looking after guests’ well‑being. The rooms were clean and tidy. Coffee with small snacks was available from the morning. I really liked the chance to unwind in the outdoor area at night with tables and a grill. Overall a fantastic experience – definitely recommend!

A classic motel tucked along the highway offered a room with a bed, a wardrobe, and chairs. The bathroom and toilet were on the corridor. Hot water appeared quickly in the shower and the pressure was good. The lobby had comfy sofas, and I could make tea or coffee for free, plus biscuits. The host was friendly and fair. The room could have had more hooks or other wall hangers for clothes; the wardrobe only held a couple of items.
