They moved me to a different hotel, but the person in charge only communicated at the last minute when the mistake was theirs.
The location was great.
The place was perfectly located near the train station and city centre, but the rooms were dirty, there was no staff to help, no lockers for bags, you had to make your own bed, and the shower lights were broken.
“should be cheaper for what you get”
The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The location is pretty central and close to multiple store options. However, there are no lockers in the room for your valuables and no staff on site. There are only three toilets and two showers for an entire floor of people, and there was no cleaning that happened in my room while I was there.
숙소 시설은 무난함. 위치도 좋은 편. 8월 7일 발생한 화재에 대해서 일절 사과 및 후속조치에 대한 제대로 된 통보가 1도 이루어지지 않음. 세탁기, 주방 이용 관련해서 물어봐도 거의 하루 지나서 답장하고 왓츠앱으로 문의한 내용들도 전부 개무시함. 특히, 화재 포함 중간에 자기들 멋대로 숙소를 옮기라고 강요해서 옮겼으며 이에 대한 사과 및 보상 일절 없었고 그럴거면 화재 당시에 한번에 옮겨야지 왜 짐 전부 옮기라고 두 번이나 사람 똥개훈련 시키는거임? 특히, 숙소 옮긴 이후 요리에 쓸 식재료도 싹 다 버림 오덴세 여행하시는 분들, 하루라도 여기랑 이 근처의 Fyrtojet 전부 숙박하지 마세요. 외국인이라고 무시하고, 여자 사장은 덴마크어 써놓고 글 못 읽냐고 한숨 푹푹 쉬면서 응대합니다. 사람 벌레보듯이 응대하는데 가격이 중요한가요? 하루정도 투숙은 필요하시면 해도 될 거 같네요 근데 장기투숙은 절대 하지 마세요 애초에 혼자 쓰는 방이 아니예요 제가 이 평점 살면서 처음 남겨봅니다
