The shower water was only about 20 °C, which was not pleasant at all; when I mentioned it in the morning, the response was a polite “shit happens,” showing the reception staff didn't consider it important; unfortunately, this is a disappointment compared to our previous visit when the hotel was liked, the food was fine, and we were willing to pay a bit more than the regional average; I’ll probably avoid it in the future.
