The room had been nicely renovated and was very comfortable, and having an on‑site hot spring was a plus; however, I could still hear a faint murmur from the neighboring room, which was a bit distracting.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hallway leading out of the pool was too cold.

I took a break to recover my tired body and went to sleep planning to get up at 8:30, but at 5:30 I was blasted with a huge morning‑call I never requested, and it wouldn’t stop until I grabbed the handset, making my heart race; the complimentary shuttle that should have left at 10 minutes past the hour inexplicably departed at 19 minutes, and although they mentioned something about a “lamp,” they never explained the delay to the passengers, so I’ll never use this service again.

The bath was next to a health land, which was awesome. The breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent.
