“Aceptable pero no volvería”

The location is perfect for walking almost everything, and I could do it myself; it’s close to two streets full of bars, restaurants, and public transport. I loved the entrance, but I never got to eat breakfast there because the cleaning staff, every morning, washed the patio furniture with water and left it all wet. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the lobby had a nice atmosphere with a coffee machine, ice in the freezer, and a dispenser. The bathroom door jammed and I had to use a lot of force to open it; the shower had tiny hairs on the walls. The air conditioner was very noisy! I didn’t like that there was no staff to ask anything, even entering the lobby and rooms felt like a whole ordeal for me, and many people have trouble with that. You have to wait for a code to enter the lobby and another one with the room key. The price‑quality ratio isn’t very good.

“Unacceptable! The property should have staff there to check you in at all times.”

I never managed to check into my room because there was no staff present. I had paid for a room and expected to be checked in, but there was no one at the desk. I waited over 30 minutes, and people were coming in and out of the hotel, which made me feel unsafe. I reached out to a representative for help, and since I was left without a room, I should receive a full refund.

The location was good, but the place felt more like an upgraded hostel.

The location was excellent in a really good neighborhood, but the rooms were very, very small.
