The rooms were spacious and clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful, late check‑in posed no problem, and for a budget option the quality was very good – highly recommended 😁.

The location was great, but the building was old and poorly maintained with broken items, the room wasn’t clean, there were hair and lint in the space, and it felt cramped.

“Great customer service but value depends on the room & you could probably find cheaper & get more.”

The staff were superbly communicative and helpful, and I probably got the best room on the back top corner because the one next to it was never a place I’d choose again; just double‑check the window type and lighting. The mini‑kitchenette, large bathroom, and tub were nice, and it’s fairly close to shops, the tourist village, and the river. However, I felt it was overpriced for what the town offers, especially compared to larger, cheaper apartments in Kosovo and Macedonia that had full kitchens; this place only had a half‑size fridge, a kettle, and no desk or dining table, and it was the first week of September, so most of it was empty.

“Clean, central place with amazing staff”

The staff were excellent and they upgraded our room at no extra cost; the place was clean and had everything you could need, nothing to complain about.
