Adonis le Castellet in Signes features air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, work desks, and free WiFi. Guests relax on the sun terrace, in the garden, or by the outdoor pool. A daily continental buffet breakfast is served. The hotel offers free on-site parking, a bar, and outdoor seating area, and is close to Circuit Paul Ricard and Toulon Train Station.

The hotel’s location is close to the circuit and the rooms are well sound‑proofed. The modern facilities are great, and the breakfast spread is varied and high quality in a spacious, pleasant dining room. The staff were very welcoming and the parking is ample; luggage storage is available. The only downside is that the room itself is a bit small.

The breakfast is a bit plain for a three‑star place, with no fresh fruit offered. We booked a PMR room through Booking 3 months ahead and were disappointed with the bathroom. Next time I’ll book directly with the hotel.
