The hotel is close to Heriberto Hülse Stadium, Criciúma Bus Station, and Jaguaruna Airport, making it ideal for business and leisure travelers.

The value for money was excellent; I booked an apartment with a bathtub and it was flawless. The breakfast was outstanding.

The accommodation pleasantly surprised me— the suite matched the photos exactly, with a comfortable bed, air‑conditioning, a bathroom, a balcony, and especially the jacuzzi, which was perfect and a highlight of my stay. The room was cozy and everything was in order. Breakfast was wonderful and arrived on time, which I found to be a plus. On the downside, I missed having a Smart TV, since only a cable TV was available; I suspect this is due to the hotel’s older infrastructure, so it didn’t really hurt my experience. I also wished there were wine glasses available.
