Rita was super friendly and made us breakfast, though the options were pretty limited. The place itself feels old and the location isn’t great; you really need a car. When we got there, we had to wait about an hour outside for another guest to unlock the door. The room was tiny, with the toilet separated only by a curtain, and we even found a cockroach. The pool was dirty too.

The lady who welcomed us and prepared a nice breakfast each morning was very kind. The location and the key system—using a lock to open and close the room—were not ideal.

Saloni, the housekeeper, was welcoming and showed us around Port‑Louis. It’s far from everything else.

Everything matched our expectations: a decent breakfast in terms of quality and quantity, and a pleasant location. The only thing that could be better is easier access to the TV, though it didn’t really affect our satisfaction.
