Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a poor check-in experience. On the bright side, my room was available, which was a relief. However, the check-in process was a letdown, and I was expecting more from the hotel staff.
“Dissapoint”
I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to its outdated appearance and lack of maintenance. Unfortunately, my room was infested with mosquitoes, and the water in the bathroom had an unpleasant yellowish hue. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and tried their best to make up for the hotel's shortcomings.
My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. However, the hotel's age and lack of refurbishment were quite evident, with old and poorly lit rooms that were also plagued by mosquitoes. To make matters worse, the water in the bathroom was not clean, which was a major concern for me.
My stay at this hotel was somewhat disappointing due to the unpleasant condition of the bed cover, which was both smelly and unclean. Despite this issue, I didn't have any other major complaints about my stay.
