The hotel overall was very good, and there was nothing to complain about.

The architecture of the place was fascinating, and the hotel and rooms were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was delicious. I didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was that after they cleaned my room they left the door open; nothing was missing, but I didn’t understand why. The parking arrangement was fine but had restrictions, and I wish they had their own parking.

The breakfast was delicious, but it was the same every morning and I wish there were at least a few variations of the chilaquiles (red, green). I don’t eat eggs, so for three days I got red chilaquiles with beans each time—very tasty but identical. Thanks. The bathroom could use a scent or some decorative touch because it has poor ventilation and smells damp.
