The air conditioning stopped working, and the hotel company kept changing the situation, so there was no food service at all.

“Very Disappointed. Did the booking based on image of best western but it was complete disappointment”

Only the location was fine. 1. Booking .com mentioned sofa bed in executive suite however there was only a sofa and no sofa bed . Additional bed was arranged which blocked the passage 2. Bathroom washbasin drain was leaking and not fixed until departure 3. No adequate toiletries in washroom 4. Staff had to be reminded for complimentary drinking bottles 5. There was no swimming pool available 6. There was no buffet breakfast available despite being charged for same , we saw makeshift breakfast being arranged from outside 7. Staff was courteous and did whatever possible but I think it’s a complete management failure and only the guests had to suffer because of this not even

“Excellent”

We had a wonderful stay, staff very nice and helpful, the bed comfortable and sleep sound, the swimming pool neat and clean, the location convenient with easy access to nearby attractions, looking forward to staying again.

“Excellent service”

The hotel was very nice, the staff were helpful, supportive, and polite, the room was neat and clean, and the pool water was clean and located on the top floor – definitely coming back.
