The entire accommodation/pension is a floor‑level apartment in a residential building on a lively street with many restaurants; the location is excellent, most things are within walking distance, and the Metro station Opera is a short walk away. The rooms are newly renovated, the breakfast buffet is good, and the host prepares a fresh scrambled egg for each guest upon request. Parking is the biggest issue; street parking is expensive and limited to 3 hours, and the parking garages are about 150 m away but overpriced (about 50–65 € per night, depending on the garage).
