The room I received is not as described online. The facilities and condition are completely different from the photos. Please resolve this issue or provide a refund. It was cold, the room had foil‑lined windows that wouldn’t lock, and the curtains were torn; the space was tiny, unwelcoming, and far from the site’s pictures. The toilet water didn’t flow properly, everything looked untidy, and I felt the staff showed no consideration or respect—refund requested.
