The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I found it to be an ideal place to rest and recharge

I booked through Booking and it said taxes and fees were included, but when I arrived they made me pay an extra 300 dollars.
There was no proper shower, and you risk flooding the bathroom when you shower.

It was great. We parked down the street they do having their own parking but it was out of our budget honestly. It was nice there’s restaurants nearby and everything is walkable. I will stay here again when i come back to sf. I did pay for king suite i was expecting the bathroom to be a bit bigger honestly, wish windows opened more or at least be able to open more than 1 window

The Hotel had a 24 hour manned reception and the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was a generous size and had a large king bed that was very comfy. Bathroom was a good size. It was a great location - only 1/2 block from Union Square where pretty much gives you access to anything you want to do - cable car, Macy's, Hop on Hop off bus. It felt safe at night to walk around the area. Locally, we can recommend Lori's Diner for breakfast and Johnny Foley's Irish House for dinner. The floorboards were squeaky in the rooms
