The hotel’s location was fine and having parking available was a plus. Breakfast was okay, but the dining area was cramped and noisy. Arriving at the hotel was unpleasant; the lobby was crowded and we waited a long time for our turn. We asked for a parking spot and told the front‑desk clerk that our car is large. He directed us to a specific spot, but when we reached the parking area we found our car wouldn’t fit there. We chose the best spot we could to avoid any disturbance. The clerk hurried over and said the spot was unsuitable, claimed he had resized our car in his mind, and offered explanations x, y, and z for why the car couldn’t be left there. We investigated and concluded the car did not affect those issues, yet the clerk still insisted we move it. (It seemed he wasn’t a driver or at least didn’t understand truck turning radii or space requirements). We chose this hotel because it has a spa, but the front desk immediately said it was not available and could only be booked for private use. The room was cramped and old‑fashioned. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and definitely not worth the price.
