The front‑desk staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty; the location is close to the train station, night market, and the harbor offers great views. However, the rooms all had a strong cigarette smell—four rooms were booked for a family trip, none were free of smoke, and the kids had trouble sleeping at night because of it.

A good hotel, very well located. The room on the 7th floor had a port view. Breakfast was fine and Asian‑style. The staff were helpful and polite. I recommend it.

The spot is great, right in front of Keelung Ocean Plaza with a first‑row sea view. The bed, however, feels like a wooden plank—just a little better than a plank, no give at all, so it felt like sleeping on a military hero hall mattress.
