“Great location”

Very close to Jalan Alor and only a 7‑10 minute walk to the main malls in Bukit Bintang, the staff were nice and even let you receive parcels; there’s no fridge in the rooms but a portable one can be provided, and the rooftop view is nice. However, the location is good but the hotel needs basic renovations: rooms could be cleaner, the cleaning feels superficial, the bathroom is mouldy, the AC control is awful, and there aren’t enough electrical points—only one by the bed.

The reception and the room were ready early, and they helped with luggage on arrival and departure; coffee, tea, water and bathroom essentials were available, and the bedding was large and comfortable. The staff were kind and available, and the place was very close to shopping centres, lively streets and transport. The lack of a fridge in the room, the absence of hangers or shelves for belongings, a single socket near the bed that also powers the kettle so you have to unplug it, and the need for deeper shower cleaning were all drawbacks.

“Decent Hotel - Close to Nightlife”

The room was okay; the bed sheet had a slight dirt spot and there were some stains on the walls, but overall it was decent. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants. The comforter had a stain and the walls were dirty, but I wasn’t expecting a 5‑star hotel and it served its purpose for a two‑night stay.

“Bon emplacement mais quelques points à améliorer”

The beds were comfortable and the shower had colourful lighting, which was original and pleasant. The location was very good, and the rooftop pool was present, though it was quite small. The room was rather small and lacked storage for belongings, only one electrical outlet made it inconvenient, and the quality of the bath towels was average.
