“Nasty and hot!”
It was right across from the beach, but otherwise nothing else. When we checked in, the first room was about 80 degrees and the air conditioner wasn’t cooling properly. We reported the issue and were moved to a second room. That room’s AC worked better, but it hadn’t been properly cleaned and the bathtub still had soap suds from a previous guest. We reported that and were moved again. The third room had the same serious AC problem as the first. After giving the hotel three chances to provide an acceptable room, we decided we could not stay and left at approximately midnight. The front‑desk clerk told us we would need to contact them to receive a refund. We did not voluntarily cancel or fail to show up. We checked in but could not stay because the hotel failed to provide a clean, habitable room. I have photographs showing the condition of the dirty room and can provide them as evidence.
