The spot is spot on, and the staff were friendly and the hotel itself was clean. The bathroom felt cramped, the shower only gave warm water, and there was no pressure at all.

“Bad start, but kind staff and a good stay after the room change.”

The reception staff were very kind and helpful. After the first night they moved us to a new room. This room was clean and comfortable, and it was the room we had booked from the start. The last two nights were very good. Lovely free coffee. The first night was a real problem for us. The room was dirty and there was dust everywhere. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling, and all the air filters were full of dust, as you can see in the photos. It was also not the room we had booked. I was travelling with a person with a disability, and the room had a lot of stairs. This was very difficult for us, and we could not sleep that night. Nobody seemed to care about our situation. We did not get any compensation for the bad first night. I hope the hotel checks rooms better and thinks more about guests with special needs.

The place was clean and in a good location, but the room wasn’t ready when I arrived and I kept hearing a strange humming noise that I couldn’t locate.

“No recomendable”

The only good thing was the good communication. I never complain because I always know what I’m booking, but there was no wardrobe, and the conditions said there would be one. They don’t clean, they don’t make the bed, the pillow was dirty. There are many stairs to bring the luggage down and no system to help.
