I booked what I thought was a hotel room, but it turned out to be a flat inside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the location was solid, but the bed sheet was ripped and it took a day to get a new one. I complained at 5 pm, and they only replaced the top part of the sheet, which was supposed to be 100‑thread and was awful. There were no spare towels, no TV in the room (just in the lounge), and the gym was under renovation without any heads‑up.

Breakfast was top‑notch and the location is unbeatable. The restaurant had quick service and met all my needs. However, getting into the apartment was a hassle because the lock was broken, and the toilet lid was loose.

I've stayed at Bourbon and later Wyndham, and I love this spot. It was my first time in a condo apartment I didn't even know existed, and it was fantastic. The only hiccup was a leak near the bed—water seeped under the drywall and pooled by the bed, but we switched to the other bathroom in the suite, which was great.
