The staff were extremely friendly, but we ended up with a room in the neighboring building that is mainly used by workers; the laminate floor in wood‑look had already buckled, the bed had two broken legs that were uneven, and there was no seating for two as we had booked, making the overall condition a bit shabby.

The reception and breakfast staff were friendly, yet the bathroom had no soap at the sink and no alternative, the shower gel and shampoo were empty, crumbs and dirt were under the window door, and although there were two glasses and a paper sleeve with a free‑water note, no water bottle was provided; this was disappointing, especially since the price was higher because of the wine village in Heilbronn, so at least the basics should have worked.

The staff were extremely friendly, yet unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed in the evening and, despite being promised a dinner at check‑in, we couldn't get the requested Flammkuchen. We were a bit disappointed.

I really liked the atmosphere, but I had to close the window so I wouldn't hear the room‑mates who were still out late at night.

Clean, modern - as described Very helpful staff. Since there was no restaurant nearby which was open on Sunday, the receptionist helped us with foood delivery. Room was quite hot - no air conditioning
