The room was very comfortable, spotless, and the owner was friendly and quick to respond. There’s a convenient mini‑supermarket downstairs. If you don’t have a car, the only public bus goes to the CBD, so check transport options when you arrive in Yerevan.

The hotel is simply stunning, clean and cozy. The staff welcomed us with coffee and treats upon arrival, and the view from room Ararat is breathtaking—highly recommended.

The grounds are pretty, but that’s about it. Loud weddings happen on the property, and although there is a pool, it’s practically nonexistent. The lack of hot water is a real nuisance; the 60‑liter boiler is barely enough for a quick shower, yet it keeps turning off—sometimes it seems the staff deliberately shut it down. I’ve had several showers fail because the boiler was simply switched off on the panel.
