The hotel looks beautiful in photos, but the reality was disappointing. The design is attractive and the staff are kind and friendly, yet the overall experience fell short, especially given the high price. It’s one of those places that looks better online than it feels on the ground. The surroundings are far from relaxing; traffic noise makes it feel like a city center rather than a retreat. Even the air conditioning is loud, with the unit’s hum clearly audible inside the room. Maintenance work added loud hammering during my stay. When I asked to move to another room, the alternative was even noisier. The staff are genuinely nice, but their professionalism and service don’t match five‑star standards. For example, guests must request breakfast each day instead of having a proper system; I had to tell the hotel what I wanted for breakfast every morning. The croissants were the only decent item; the rest was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel looks great, but comfort and relaxation are missing. For the price, there are much better options. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful stay or good value.

Wonderful villa! Inside everything is well set up, with its own pools and relaxation areas. The staff are responsive and friendly. The massage was fantastic—pure delight! The location is secluded, ideal for complete relaxation.
