The breakfast staff, maintenance team, and the breakfast itself were fine, but the reception staff were terrible; they put me in a room with moldy walls, a strong mildew smell, and a shower that only had cold water; I spent three days asking for help while I had to shower in freezing water when I returned from midnight; after four days I was only moved on the third day; I will never come back and do not recommend.

The location was great, close to the metro and all kinds of shops: pharmacy, market, restaurant, bars; the hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable, with a good bed, shower, pillow and blanket; breakfast offered many choices, but could have included vegan options besides fruit.

The breakfast was excellent with many options, the surroundings had good security, and the rooms were comfortable; I’ll return.

The location was okay, but the bathroom smelled really bad and springs were poking through the mattress; we switched rooms for our second night, which was much better, more spacious, and no longer smelled.

The place is very well maintained, and being close to the metro and the city center really helps to see interesting sites; everything was fine.
