Located in the East of the Las Vegas Strip district, Serene Vegas Boutique Hotel offers spacious rooms with free WiFi, 1.2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. This Mediterranean-style hotel features a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and free lobby coffee. Guest rooms have 50-inch flat-screen TVs, refrigerators, and private bathrooms with hairdryers. It's nonsmoking, non-gaming, and near McCarran International Airport and Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

The photos online are nothing compared to what you actually see; none of the pictures match the reality. The service, the room, and the so‑called breakfast were all not worth the price I paid.

The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but the front desk staff were cold, indifferent, and made us feel unwelcome. The main entrance door was broken and half‑covered with plywood, and the elevators were out of service, forcing us to carry all our heavy luggage up the stairs. The hallway and common area carpets were visibly filthy. The breakfast was mediocre at best, with no water or juice—only plain black coffee. Despite the good room, the lack of hospitality, broken amenities, and poor food quality mean I cannot recommend this hotel; Las Vegas has far better options for your money.

The room had plenty of space, but it smelled like cigarettes, the breakfast was poor, the staff were unfriendly and always in a bad mood, and the hotel was far from the main street.
