“Czerwcowy chillout”
The location is beautiful, green, and quiet, and it’s a real plus that no noisy boats or motorboats drift on the lake. The cabins are very comfortable, with private bathrooms, terraces, and internet access, which helped during the rain. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant waitresses were charming. We had a rainy weekend but still relaxed well. The rain prevented us from using the courts, but maybe next time. The food was very good, with a few small exceptions: pierogi with crabs were delicious, and pike was superb. It was a pleasant time despite the rainy weather, and we’ll definitely return, especially since the trip from Warsaw is quick. A small fridge in the room would be a nice addition, to cool drinks on hot days. Unfortunately, the Turkish cuisine here is a failure: the grilled beef on eggplant puree was inedible, full of cartilage and unpalatable lumps. The next dish, eggplant stuffed with beef, was questionable, with burnt and hard lumps on top. It was a disappointing experience. I know the history behind the Turkish kitchen here, but compared to the otherwise positive aspects, it needs improvement.
