The city's bus terminal is 100 meters away. Rooms feature air conditioning, TV, and mini-fridge, with private bathrooms and showers. Some units offer river or city views.

Receptionist Mila was very attentive and always kind, the hotel sits in a great spot near the bus stop that goes to Argentina and Paraguay, and it’s close to restaurants—everything is good, we’ll definitely return. The breakfast could use a bit more variety.

The location and service are wonderful, but it’s currently under renovation, which is understandable; also, the breakfast lacked pão de queijo.

The staff were helpful, yet the elevator was terrible; I got locked out of my room because the electronic lock wouldn’t work and spent over 40 minutes trying to get back in after a long day, and the building’s structure is very old.
