They offered free laundry, but the Laundry Room itself was inconvenient.

The front desk staff were friendly, even with a very late check‑in, and the location was fine among other long‑stay hotels, but the room was musty, the floor greasy, and the a/c barely worked; we slipped across the tile when we opened the door, and although the rest of the hotel was clean enough, it didn’t smell great.

The kitchen was nice, fully stocked with everything you need to cook, but adding a breakfast bar and kitchen staff would improve things.

The lobby got a makeover, but the rooms had hard beds that smelled like mold, and the windows had no screens.
