At 2 am we heard a loud fire alarm in our room that they couldn’t turn off, and we had to switch it in the middle of the night; they only gave us $100 off instead of a full refund, and I had to fight for the credit. Very disappointing—no one seems to care.

The location is great, but the rooms weren't cleaned, the room fee was charged twice at check‑in and check‑out, and the pictures and description didn't match what I actually received.
