“Schönes gemütliches Hotel”
I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the village of Morzine, and the view was lovely. The hotel sits across from Morzine, reachable via a small footbridge in just 15 minutes on foot. I had chosen half‑board, and both the dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent. The restaurant is modernly designed, and the hotel offers both an outdoor and an indoor pool. Before arriving by motorcycle, I asked for a parking spot. I was told I could park my bike under a covered area, but there was no cover, so my motorcycle stayed exposed to the open sky, and that very night it rained. When I walked into the village on 15 September, not a single bar was open.
