“Принимать на работу сотрудников ресепшен со знанием английского языка и неплохо со знанием русского”
The hotel sits in a decent spot, about a ten‑to‑fifteen‑minute walk to the ring‑line metro and a thirty‑minute ride to the city centre, with simple stations and tiny transfers that are easy to navigate, though it does feel a bit far; the property itself is good, breakfasts are wonderful, everything is very clean and the rooms turned out surprisingly excellent; however, the reception staff struggled with English, taking ages to arrange a taxi to the airport, and when we arrived at 4 am they didn’t charge us for the first night, yet at checkout they claimed we owed an extra 717 yuan, which the phone translator couldn’t clarify because the staff lacked English, so I advise checking the online rate and the amount taken at reception—an email later explained that the employee had mistakenly billed the card for only three nights.
