Everything was flawless: the location, the room size and bed, the air‑conditioning, and the staff’s kindness. The only downside was the restaurant next door playing music until 23 h; ear‑plugs helped, and mornings stayed very calm.

We were warmly welcomed and offered watermelon juice, with the owner letting us pay later. A few days later he asked us to shorten our 10‑night booking to save on taxes, claiming we could still stay even though the system showed us as checked out. We didn’t understand at first, then noticed the booking had been altered on the platform, which worried us about proving our stay if any issue arose. We ended our stay early because we didn’t feel secure with that practice. I can’t say anything negative about his personality, but this approach was unsettling; consider this if you encounter a similar situation.

The location and staff were great—just a minute’s walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The rooms were reasonably priced, but the bathrooms and air‑conditioning could use improvement, especially on hot days. Overall, nothing to complain about given the cost.

“Chill bungalow with beautiful garden. Special spot for sure!”

Secret Chill blew us away! The bungalows are charming, equipped for beach days, and only about a 40‑second walk from the porch to the sand. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home, so we stayed three times longer. The bed and pillows were comfy, with flowers and leaves decorating the bed—a lovely touch. The vibe is relaxed, away from the parties, yet close enough to explore or stay in the garden for a tasty dinner, especially the garlic prawns.
