The breakfast was good, but the gym room left something to be desired.

Breakfast was very good and dinner was decent, but customer service fell short; for instance, the staff didn’t tell me they could cook fresh meat or fish until the second night, and on Monday and Tuesday there was no dinner at all. Reception, especially the blonde lady, gave good information, but the morning staff was a bit rude and told me the cave tour couldn’t be done because of the weather, and the lady who was already late couldn’t book it for the next day. I ended up arranging it myself and it worked out. Overall the hotel needs more maintenance: the pillows are too thin, the bed gave me back pain, and the room was very small and old. The TV had few channels. There was a lot of noise from the adjacent room, especially room 411 where someone stayed late every night and shouted on the terrace, which was audible everywhere. The bathroom had very little fragrance, and the room was tiny but clean.

“Great stop over to and from airport”

The hotel is friendly, clean, and convenient for the airport, with good breakfast, but the fruit juice is watered down.

Everyone on staff was very courteous, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and breakfast was excellent, though the hotel feels a bit old.

The value for money is excellent, the room is very comfortable, staff are friendly, and the pool area is lovely. I didn’t like the room view, but I’d pay extra for a pool view next time. The lack of a restaurant made some areas feel a bit lonely; I hope they add one in the future as it would be a great asset. I know there are facilities across the road that I could use if I stayed longer.
