The welcome was top, with kindness and willingness to meet our needs; there were a few mosquitoes, but they didn't bite.

Everything.

Breakfast was poor, with expired items. I would improve the cleanliness, especially of the bathroom, and the breakfast, which left us completely dissatisfied.

The place was advertised as half an hour away from Rome by public transport, but it actually takes at least an hour and a half. Over three nights I never got under that time to Termini station; you need two buses and a metro, which means three hours of your day just commuting. Breakfast was just a coffee, an orange juice, and a pre‑packed cake—nothing else. To top it off, there were two large German shepherds roaming the property; one of them ran at me in the dark and growled from behind my ankle, which was scary even though I normally like dogs.
