“Não alugue a nao ser no hotel”
The location and staff were very helpful and polite, but I have a formal complaint about the accommodation advertised as Radisson. When booking, the ad made it seem the room belonged to the hotel and was managed directly by Radisson. Only after arrival did I realize it was a private property run by an individual owner, not directly managed by the hotel. This key detail was not clearly disclosed. On the first day, when I went to breakfast, I was told the service wasn’t paid for. I tried contacting the owner to sort it out, but got no response. Later, the toilet’s cistern broke. I called reception, who said Radisson couldn’t fix it because the room was the owner’s responsibility. The staff also tried to reach the owner, who didn’t answer. I ended up staying in a room with a defect, with no help or responsible party to resolve it. This shows utterly unacceptable service and support. The hotel staff told me there were already several similar complaints, as other guests also confuse these private rooms with official Radisson rooms. It is unacceptable that a privately run property is advertised under the Radisson name without making it clear that the hotel does not manage it. This misleads customers into thinking they’re booking a room with Radisson’s services, assistance, and standards, which isn’t the case.
