Nothing good. Nothing at all, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I booked this accommodation about a week in advance. The booking appeared confirmed and the app said the payment was handled by the property; I reached out to them several times that week to confirm that I would be bringing a pet and they never responded. That morning at 7:30 pm, when I called to ask about check‑in, they asked for my name and said they'd give me the details in a minute, but they never did, nor did they mention the payment that the property was supposed to handle. So I headed to the hotel that is 2 hr 30 min from my city. On August 16 I traveled from Medellín to Guatapé to stay there. When I was arriving, exactly 15 min before, they told me the reservation had supposedly been cancelled because the payment couldn’t be processed. The problem is that my bank details were correct and when they told me that I tried different cards and tried to resolve the issue, but the property wouldn’t accept the payment because I got a “card declined” message. When I told them I was 15 min away and would come to pay in person as always, they curtly and with zero willingness to help said I had to fix it before I could enter, that they wouldn’t let me in if I didn’t have it sorted, and at no point did I refuse to pay.

I was surprised, good, pretty, cheap, an amazing place to disconnect from city noise, we went kayaking, the staff were very friendly, the view was STUNNING, highly recommended, I stayed in my favorite spots and will definitely return.

It’s a very quiet and private place, with spectacular views, the staff are friendly and the place is suitable for resting and disconnecting. The process for filling the jacuzzi is a bit complicated and the fridge doesn’t cool very well.
